Lenatus is a paid and free entry trade promotion website that has been designed to be a fun and sociable way to learn how to live and work remotely and with the ability to win amazing prizes such as the DreamLife©. Whilst we are not regulated by any regulatory or governmental gambling organisation (such as the UK Gambling Commission) we remain committed to providing a service that is socially responsible. We’ve designed our platform to be as much about social interaction as possible regardless of whether you choose to become a member on a paid or free basis.

We have instigated measures to ensure a fair and level playing field for all of our members.

WHAT WE PROMISE

• Treat every membership with fairness and equality 
• We never sell, rent or share your private information to other companies unlike many other businesses.
• If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or become a member, we promise to responsibly only contact you via SMS and email only if you have opted-in and will not fill your inbox with endless rubbish like many other companies do.
• We promise to be completely upfront and display clearly your chances of winning the DreamLife© prize
• We only allow one membership per (verified) person (over the age of 18) to encourage a fairer system. 
• We promise that employees of Lenatus or employee of our agents or suppliers, or members of the immediate families or households of the above are ineligible to win the DreamLife© prize. 
• We promise that the charities we support will receive 100% of the money we pledge and not a small percentage like other ‘for profit’ organisations

HOW TO PAUSE OR UNSUBSCRIBE

At anytime you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter and email, click on the unsubscibe button located at the bottom of every email we may send to you.

If you wish to cancel your membership subscription simply Log in to your account, select “Manage Subscriptions” and click “Cancel”.  Alternatively, you can complete the “Membership Cancellation Form” outlined in our Terms & Conditions and send that via email to team@maxlenatus.com. Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews on the 1st of the month, otherwise you will be charged for the next month. 

Please note you will keep the entries (in any DreamLife© prize) you received before the date you canceled your membership. (subject to the Official Rules) However, if you get refunded for any or all entries, these entries will be withdrawn and won’t be eligible to win. 

ACTIONS WE MAY TAKE

• As a responsible business that wishes to ensure that all of its customers play fair, we may contact you or cancel your membership if we see any behavior that violates our Terms and Conditions and Official Rules.
